The history of AKTAION begins in 1954 when grandpa Nikolis
came from the city of Aivali in Minor Asia, bringing with him
the unique traditional recipes of the East, filled with aromas and spices.
This is the beginning of what would become a piece of heritage for all
generations to come.
And indeed, the next generations, like Nikos and Panagiota
Fragiskos made sure that they would continue and enrich these
traditional recipes with new flavors and the finesse of the french art
of pastry. These were in fact the people that made the name
Aktaion synonymous to high quality and ultimate flavors that
have for the past 35 years become the sweetest part of your life.
Born and raised in this magical sugary world, Kalitsa Fragiskou
could not but follow the family tradition. Along with her husband,
Stamatis Xenakis, they have managed to create a heaven on earth for
those seeking creative ideas and original savors. A true sweets gallery
